| We Sold Our House! (again) |
We sold our house again!
Now I'm sure you're saying, "How can you sell a house twice?"
Our first buyer backed out of the deal because the person who was buying her house couldn't get a mortgage. Hopefully that won't happen again.
The new buyers are a young couple in their late 20's looking to buy their first house and start a family. Congratulations for them... a piece of the American Dream!
As I type this blog, they are here walking around with their realtor and home inspector. So far, no show stoppers! Hopefully they won't nit pick either. Only time will tell. |
