We Bought a House!

After seeing all the crap that was out there, we finally found our diamond in the rough.

While it may be a little cozy at first, the design of the house (a literal box) and it's location on the property allows for infinite expansion possibilities. A quick glance around the neighborhood confirms this completely.

I'm sure we'll be eating Ramin noodles for lunch and Kraft macaroni & cheese for dinner every day for the next year or so. However, in 5 - 10 years, we'll have turned this house into our home. 1st priority... a 2nd bathroom or at least a powder room. 1 bathroom for a family is tough. 2nd priority... a fence around the back yard so Max doesn't wander off.

For those that want the gory details, here are links to the TReND MLS listings:

Obviously, the furniture in the new house doesn't belong to us and will be gone when we move in.

Congrats! I know you've wanted to live in Springfield ever since you left. I cannot believe you're on Plymouth Rd, even the "bottom" of the street. I think the fence should be first, you don't want to chase Max through Rolling Green do you? Good luck.

    hey, dave!

It's hilarious....that blue paint looks like what we just painted our house..(spring waterfall, btw) .....including the chair rail. The house looks wonderful...the way you guys talked...well I thought it might look like MY ugly house, but it's beautiful!! The yard is awesome! Michele and I can start our secret hotgirl parties in your hottub!@!!!!

I love the house! Best of luck, Mic and Dave and let us know when the housewarming is!

This was such great news. We are so happy and proud of both you and Michele. You have come full circle in 20 years, David. You left 20 years ago off of Plymouth and now, back 20 years later. It was a good street and hope it still is. The best place Dad and I have ever lived, out of all the places we have lived. Hope your neighbors are as good as we had. The old neighbors there are thrilled to have a Snyder back on the street. So glad you went for it. Love you, Mom and Pop
