| We're Moving !!! |
Well it's official, we're moving!
Talk about a ballsy move, I'm more than half way into a 12 month contract at my current place of employment and it's still too early to discuss extensions or conversion to full time employment. What happens if neither materializes? I'm so screwed!
However, sometimes you need to take a risk. The greater the risk, the greater the reward.
It's time to move on as the neighborhood demographics are changing. The average annual income of residents in my area is on the decline. Unfortunately, that means less money to repair and spruce up houses. I'm sure you all know how that ends up.

It's a shame, except for the kitchen, we finally got the place the way we like it. Now we have to find another house and do it all over again.  |

And no hot-tub? I see that changing within a week of you moving in.

Best of luck to you guys in finding a new home! It looks like the housing market in the DC area is slowing down a little bit, so I hope the same is true for PA (fewer bidding wars).
