A Day Late and a Dollar Short
Two major crises for Dubya and both times he's dropped the ball. I realize 9/11 was a surprise but Katrina was not! Can we recall this guy (like a defective Pinto)? Unfortunately not.

One good thing that Dubya is doing however is this... Democrats will regain the majority in both houses next year and we will see a Democrat elected for president in 2008. Thank god!
