| I Sure As Hell Didn't Vote For Him |
And those that did vote for Dubya... thanks, I really appreciate it!
I just spent $22 to fill up my Ford Focus today and the needle was on 1/4 of a tank!!! I'm so happy the people of this country voted for a man that doesn't give a crap about the price of gas creeping up over 35% in less than 8 months.
Those of you that voted for Dubya because of his values, we now see he really values the lives of our men and women over in Iraq as they are being killed off a dozen at a time.
Dubya really values our personal liberties too... pushing for a renewal of the Patriot Act. Hey, don't forget about the random bag checks of commuters using public transportation.
Social Security, Inflation, the Deficit, the new Energy Bill, Intelligent Design, the list goes on and on. The scary part is he'll be in office for the next 3 years - 4 1/2 months!
Woo hoo... 4 more years, 4 more years... NOT !!!
God, we better put some democrats into Congress in 2006 and elect a democrat president in 2008 to clean up this Bozo's mess. If not, we'll be going back in time to the age of robber barons where you have the richest of the rich and you, me, & everyone else will be poor. |

I'll defend my choice, not the man...
When the election was in full-swing, my cousin was in preparation to be shipped to Iraq to fight in Dubaya's "I can one-up my daddy" war. Kerry was so anti-war that I felt my cousin would not have had the government support while he was over there and it would have become a half-assed effort to take care of the deployed troops. Since I was worried about my cousin's safety, I voted for Bushie over Kerry. That is the ONLY reason I did what I did.
Personally BOTH candidates were total douchebags and I hope we have a better selection in 2008. I think George W. Bush is just this side of a criminal with all the kickbacks he's taken and given over the course of his presidency. It's a shame that we've let this idiot have this much free reign over his boys and the economy. By far he is the worst president of my lifetime (1975 - now) and I can't imagine anyone else being more deceitful than he is.

I'm happy we can both agree that Dubya is a total WOS. However I disagree with your belief that Kerry would not have supported our troops.
As a vet of WWII, I personally feel that Kerry would have supported our troops and tried to get them the hell out of there.
It's obvious now that Dubya is doing neither.

First of all Bush dodged the draft, and Kerry fought in the war along side with the other loyal Americans. Yes, he did come home and talk against the war, however, so did many other veterans. The government was using these young men just as they are today. Let me add this thought, the other day as I was dumping $40 in to my gas tank I slowly became more and more angry and began to talk to others with the same anger in their faces. How, we wondered, do the American's living off of this so called minimum wage plan to make it? Oh.. that is right.. they are the ones who are basically being shipped over to Iraq and dying. The ones who were sold the reserves and the guard to help with their college costs, to help feed their young families, the ones who chose to better their lives with the opportunities offered by our military. Now when disaster strikes on American soil our idiot president does not react for days. Perhaps this is because there is not oil in the south or perpaps it is because so many national guards men are overseas that out numbers are too low. We need to step up and get this jerk out of office and send him to hang out with his saudi friends in the Middle East. On an end note, it makes me feel real good to know that my hard earn dollar is going towards the oil tycons that our president holds close to his wallet.
